UniCredit Bank Austria appoints COO Tina Pogacic to the Management Board
- As COO, Tina Pogacic will be responsible in the board for the strategically important area of digitalisation as well as the management and control of strategic operations.
- The new Management Board function becoming effective with 1 March 2021 reflects the increasing importance of digitally driven transformation for all our customers and guarantees the further expansion of multi-channel services in UniCredit Bank Austria
The Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank Austria today appointed Tina Pogacic to the Bank Austria Management Board as Chief Operating Officer (COO). This appointment will take effect as of March 1, subject to regulatory approval.

To underline our focus on digitalisation and operational management, the Supervisory Board has created a separate Management Board function for the existing COO agendas."

Tina Pogacic will assume her new function on the UniCredit Bank Austria Management Board as of 1 March 2021.
Tina Pogacic, 34, has been Head of COO in the Executive Committee, the extended management body of UniCredit Bank Austria, since January 2019. She has held the position of Chief Information Officer since 2016. Prior to that, she held various management positions at Zagrebačka Banka, UniCredit's subsidiary bank in Croatia, from 2010. Tina Pogacic holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Zagreb (2010).
