UniCredit Bank Austria supports donation appeal “Österreich hilft Österreich”

  • Free donations now possible online, mobile and in all branches
  • UniCredit Bank Austria doubles the donations of its employees

The severe weather and flooding in Austria has caused widespread destruction, which is why donations for people in need are so important. UniCredit Bank Austria is actively supporting the “Österreich hilft Österreich” donation campaign, a joint initiative of Austria's leading aid organisations in cooperation with ORF, on all available channels, online, mobile, on social media, on its homepage and in its branches. It is implemented by the aid organisations Caritas, Diakonie, Hilfswerk Österreich, Österreichisches Rotes Kreuz, Samariterbund and Volkshilfe in all federal states. As always, all donations to charitable organisations are free of charge at UniCredit Bank Austria.

Employee donations to be doubled
UniCredit Bank Austria will double the total amount of all donations made by its employees until 15 October 2024. In addition, UniCredit Bank Austria is granting time off for colleagues who are involved in disaster relief operations or voluntary work in crisis areas as members of an aid organisation. Despite the extreme weather conditions of the last few days, our branches remain open for you. If you are unable to reach us due to the weather and road conditions, but have urgent questions, all online services are available to you as usual, and a dedicated flood hotline has been set up on 050505-26440.
