Janit Daszenies appointed new Head of Commercial Real Estate at UniCredit Bank Austria

  • Janit Daszenies succeeds Reinhard Madlencnik in this role, who is taking on new challenges after 25 years of supporting commercial property clients and 18 years as Head of Commercial Real Estate

Janit Daszenies will become the new Head of Commercial Real Estate at UniCredit Bank Austria on 1 December 2024. In this role, he succeeds Reinhard Madlencnik, who will be turning 64 years in April 2025 and wishes to devote himself to new challenges. Reinhard Madlencnik remains Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bank Austria Real Invest Immobilien-Kapitalanlage GmbH and Bank Austria Real Invest Immobilien Management GmbH.

Janit Daszenies started his career at UniCredit Bank Austria in 2007 and has since held various management positions as a financing and credit expert in Austria and CEE, with strategic responsibility for numerous Central and Eastern European countries. Janit Daszenies has extensive experience in structuring large loan portfolios and is a proven credit and property expert with many years of experience.
