The Austrian banking industry has established a Joint Conciliation Board to settle certain complaints (Gemeinsame Schlichtungsstelle der Kreditwirtschaft). Customers of all participating credit institutions (including those of UniCredit Bank Austria AG) may turn to this Conciliation Board.
