Customise your 24You Internetbanking the way you want it:
- Individually name your accounts to give you a better overview of your banking transactions.
- Activate Personal Finance Manager and receive a detailed daily analysis of your financial status - with a precise breakdown and lsiting of your income and expenses.
- The Auto-complete function makes recurring transfers easier for you, so you no longer have to enter the data yourself.
- Thanks to our multibanking function, you can now also integrate third-party accounts into your Bank Austria 24You Online banking. You can view your account balance and carry out SEPA transfers.
- Use the chat & callback function to stay in touch with our service advisors. Simply send a message or book a callback. These and other useful functions are available when you switch to our new 24You Online banking!
Please note that on 20 June 2023, the sending of MobileTAN SMS was terminated. To log in to 24You Online banking, you will need the MobileBanking app or a CardTAN reader. You can find out more about this here.
Help with starting
In order to use the MobileBanking app, you need online banking access, for which you can register online at any time.
Would you like to use your smartphone to carry out banking transactions quickly, easily and securely? Then activate the MobileBanking app with just a few clicks.
Help with login
Your PIN is your password for entering 24You and the app. If you have forgotten it, you can request a new PIN at any time.
The user number is required together with the PIN for logging in. You will find it on the back of your debit card (BankCard or MegaCard).
With the e-account statement, you can access your account statements electronically in the form of PDFs in your 24You online banking and also in your Bank Austria MobileBanking app. Not only will you always have an overview, but you'll also help save paper and thus protect our environment - whether for your current and/or savings account.
How to activate the e-account statement in 24You online banking:
In the "My 24You" area, click on "Services". There, select the relevant account and sign the activation of the e-account statement simply and conveniently via TAN.
