Transfer with a Bank Austria debit card with mark of conformity on the back
Step 1
You already have installed the MobileBanking app on your new device? Then click on "Activate now".

Then please enter your Internet banking access data and click on "Next".

After logging in to the new device for the first time, you are given the option to select whether this device is a new main device or not.
Step 4
You will now be asked to give your new device a name so that you can recognise it more easily in the list later.

Now set your authorization code (ATC). You will use this code to sign orders in the app in the future. This ATC must be 6-10 digits long.

You will now be asked to verify your identity with your most recent debit card. Select it and click on "Continue".

To verify your identity, please take your debit card. There is a mark of conformity on the back, which you will need for the next step.

The mark of conformity can be scanned directly in the app. To do this, align the mark of conformity within the displayed frame and maintain an even distance during the scan. The camera light is automatically activated and helps to create reflections.
Step 9
During the scan, tilt the bank card slightly back and forth to cause reflections on the mark of conformity. When you are ready for the scan, click on “Next”.

Please align the mark of conformity within the displayed frame.

Now move the phone slightly to the right and left.
Step 12
After your mark of conformity has been captured, the scan is successfully completed.

Your new smartphone is now activated as the main device.
Transfer with a Bank Austria card without mark of conformity or without a card if you still have access to your old device

You already have installed the MobileBanking app on your new device? Then click on "Activate now".

After you have clicked on the "Activate as main device" button, you can specify whether you can still access your current main device. Now select "Yes" here.

You then sign the order using a Mobile Token, which is created on your previous main device.

Please take your old device with you. Open your MobileBanking app on your previous main device and click on "Mobile Token" in the menu.

You already have installed the MobileBanking app on your new device? Then click on "Activate now".

Then please enter your Internet banking access data and click on “Continue”.

In the next step, you can select that this is your future main device.
Step 4
You will then be asked whether you still have access to the active app. Answer this question with "No".
Step 5
The "Reset" screen will now appear. Click on "Confirm" to activate the reset process (all devices previously connected to your MobileBanking app will be removed from the connection list).
Step 6
Sign the removal of the activated devices with your previous authorization code (ATC). Alternatively, you can request a one-time password from the hotline. Enter the code and click on "Sign".
Step 7
Your device has been successfully deleted. You can now proceed with the re-registration of your new device.
