This is what our program offers
Do you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree? Would you like to help shape the bank and make things happen? Are you open-minded, inquisitive and perhaps even want to take on leadership responsibility in the medium term? Then apply for the subject area that appeals to you the most. If you are successful in the hiring process, you can expect a defined target position that will guide your 12-month modular training.
Your manager, who also acts as your mentor, and a Generation Lead will support you in designing your individual development plan with training, experiential stays in the most important banking areas, rotations and project work in your target area.
Your qualifications
- Curiosity and dynamism
- Proactivity and communicative personality
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (standard period of study +2 years)
- Experience abroad is desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Interest in a management career
