This is what our program offers
Your training begins directly in the branch. In your daily work, you will learn everything about the personal support of our customers. Your trainer will put into practice with you what you learn at vocational school and in seminars. In order for you to gain as many different experiences and impressions as possible, you will work in a total of three branches during your training.
At the vocational school and in subject-specific seminars, which take place both as face-to-face training and as virtual classroom sessions, you will deepen your knowledge of securities, insurance and financing. You will further develop your rhetorical skills and your skills in the field of self-management. Confident appearance and efficient learning are the focal points of the personality-building seminars.
The finale: the final apprenticeship examination.
At the end of the third year of your apprenticeship, you will be intensively prepared for the final apprenticeship exam at the UniCredit Center am Kaiserwasser. In addition, you will receive regular feedback throughout your apprenticeship, which serves both your professional and personal development. This is how you will pass your final apprenticeship exam as a bank clerk!
